I can not play madden 19 at all without a PlayStation plus membership why is this and people should have been warned before they wasted there money who can I speak to for a refund

Spend $60 on it and can’t continue my ultimate team because my ps plus is out. Stupid that we’re not told that you can’t play with out ps plus.
