A quick search shows the game is available via third-party online retailers.
There are some bad retailers out there who will take your money and give you a bad/used game code so check the following link for info on avoiding that situation:

This is extremely disappointing. My kid is getting into high school football and wants to be on the team. So now he has the urge to get into football video gaming. We bought Madden 25 for PC, but his PC is older and gets a lot of input lag. Looking at the versions of Madden, 24 and 25 are out of the question based on specs. Looking at Madden 23, it would be perfect for him.
I don't know why you guys don't keep selling it at a discounted rate with online options disabled.
