Cannot connect to EA due to team item glitch- After Maintenance

Due to a glitch with team items I am still not able to play madden ultimate team. It will not allow me to play because it says I have a missing stadium. I think you guys would be able to fix this glit...

I have this same exact problem but it's with a playbook. It claims the servers are down everytime I try to add a new one.
