Cannot Connect to Servers to Play Madden 17

You say they are online but your own website says they are offline. Only XBox One has been working for the past week which is puzzling.

I don't want to do online H2H, all I want to do is access my connected franchise mode.

Madden 17 servers not available. 

Every time I go to login to Madden 17, I receive a message saying “The EA Servers are not available at this time.” I restarted my game and Xbox, neither of which have worked. I checked Reddit, nothing there. I checked downdetector to see if there was anything on there, still nothing. I came here trying to figure out why the servers are being difficult. I’m on Xbox One btw.

I have the same Problems since 10 days. EA Support couldnt help me and told me  that Maybe they shut the Servers down. :-( :-( would be nice if there would be a official Statement About it from EA!!!

Madden 17 is still up and running. I'd like both of you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have been having the same problem on Xbox One for a few weeks and cannot find a solution. So far I have tried your suggestion of unplugging and then plugging back in everything and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, both were unsuccessful in fixing the problem. My friend has also been having the same problem and tried switching his DNS setting which was also unsuccessful.

Does this only happen when you and your friend try to play against each other or are you both unable to connect to any online mode in Madden 17?

Its happens every time I enter the game. It will pop up a message that says that the EA servers are unavailable, try again. That message will also pop up when we try to load into an online game mode.
