Cannot create or find leagues Madden 21

Hello! I am trying to play Face of the Franchise mode again on 21 and finish it up, however, I cannot see any franchises and create a new franchise... even though I can access other modes.

I am online and can access all other modes, except this mode and Franchise mode (Leagues cannot be created or joined, and 0 leagues are present)

I feel like this is a bug.

    My username ingame is "Dracoceros".

    The date I noticed the bug was the April 20th, 2024. Don't remember time, but it's been consistent and non-stop since then)

    I run a Windows 10 pro.

    Tried restarting, repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling.
