Cannot play Madden 17 but have EA Access and bought the game.

I bought Madden 17 earlier today... I can't play the EA Access Trial but I bought the game and have EA Access.

I was hitting ea access on twitter and they ignored me all day. Worst customer support yall dont care in my opinion we deserve compensation for this madness and misleading info

@516Royalty @randallc @kamm2424 @fournallen - Are you having troubles downloading or actually getting into the game?

There was an issue with access for some people but if you go to EA Access itself  now the tile may still say "coming soon" but when you click on that it'll take you to the store to download the game.

    No still not working. You guys punished those people who pre ordered and pre downloaded their games. Makes sense from EA, thanks for stealing my money

      To make it worse your support and handling of the matter is absolutely ridiculous. No help or information what so ever. Just have to pray it's fixed with time or response is to wait. This is a product we paid for and can not use.

        @kamm2424 - I know it's frustrating not to be able to get into a game, especially around an early access period - we are working on it.

        Can I just confirm - are you not able to download or not able to get into the game? What's the error message you're getting?
