Cannot play Madden 17 but have EA Access and bought the game.

I bought Madden 17 earlier today... I can't play the EA Access Trial but I bought the game and have EA Access.

To make it worse your support and handling of the matter is absolutely ridiculous. No help or information what so ever. Just have to pray it's fixed with time or response is to wait. This is a product we paid for and can not use.

@kamm2424 - I know it's frustrating not to be able to get into a game, especially around an early access period - we are working on it.

Can I just confirm - are you not able to download or not able to get into the game? What's the error message you're getting?

    I am not able to play the game. I was able to download it a while ago, but even though I have EA Access it still won't let me play. Same issues Kamm is having

    Not an error message, just tells me
    You're too early
    We know you really want to get started, but you'll have to wait a bit longer. Check the store for the launch date

      Hey all,

      If you pre-ordered Madden 17 and have EA Access but can't play because of an error that says you're too early - we are looking into this.
