Cannot play online madden

My brother cannot play madden online no matter how hard we both try to resolve the situation. We don’t know the email or password to the ea account linked to his xbox account so we can’t get in to ch...

    @therealdt27 

    We don't set random email addresses. That would have happened from someone hijacking the account. Regardless, they'll have to go through the account recovery process to try to get access back to it.

He can’t access the email as it’s some anonymous email from ea.
