Cannot Save Custom Playbook

When I first got the game .. in september. I made a custom playbook and saved it. Now any time I try to save a playbook, it just locks up on the save screen. The scroll with NFL information still scrolls along the bottom, but it sits there forever and never saves and locks the box up and I have to shut the console off and when it comes back on, it is back in the playbook. Any ideas?

    This is what I did .. and it started working again. I reset my box, ejected the disk ... and started over with a new playbook. Sorry to report that is the only way I can save my playbooks again. Took me a few days to do this (due to all the hours messing with the playbook) but that is what I was forced to do. So far it has worked like it is supposed to.
