were you ever able to find a solution to this? I ended up refunding my madden until this gets resolved.
Hey Gronk...Not at this time. I'm in the process of installing and reinstalling the Origin client as I noticed that all my settings were erased in BF4 as well. I think that it may have occurred after a recent Origin update, or perhaps after I installed BF5 alpha. I uninstalled it after it was over and maybe that messed something up. I'll reply back with results after I dl both Madden 19 and BF4 😉
