Cant access my cloud franchise in madden 21
Hi, i cant access my cloud franchise in madden 21 as it gives me the error that the servers are out of service. This issue has been going on for a few days now.

Community ManagerCan we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the errors you've been seeing? When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. Those can tackle a lot of the most common issues we see, but if you're still having trouble after that try the PS4-specific steps as well.

Same issue here. It’s not a connectivity issue as I can use all other aspects of the game online. It’s just getting to my cfm on a ps4. Please help @EA_Kent
Yea I’ve tried all of that. We have about 8 users in the league. I’m the commissioner. Nobody has been able to access this specific franchise. Can you assist?

I have seen a twitter post on thursday noticing us that They are aware of the issue( post that i cant seem to find anymore) but we dont have any ETA or any other information regarding the issue since then.
Im not expecting them to fix the issue asap but to at least keep us informed on the process of it.i was already disapointed with the product as madden havent touched the franchise mode at all but i can say now that its the last time in a while, ill be buying an EA sport product as i find their attitude towards the customer disrespectful. I guess thats what happens when you have the Monopoly of NFL games
i know it wont make a difference as its a multimillion company , and im just a small fish in a big pond.
and that is what really grinds my gear ;-)
