Can't access online features on Madden

After the Golden Ticket thing where we had to log in to get an opportunity to create a golden ticket player, I haven't been able to access any online features of the game. I can't even open an offline franchise. I haven't received any notice on whether I have been banned or any notice about the servers. I had just grinded my team through 3 groups of challenges and was about to continue with another group of challenges and I haven't been able to access anything. It keeps giving me the same error messages.

I have seen multiple content creators upload new Madden content, my friends have been able to go on MUT with no issue as well. Does anyone know what I can do or what I need to do to fix this? My internet works fine on many other games, especially EA games. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still gave me the same message. Any sort of help would be appreciated.

    Continuation:

    So I found out that I have an active ban for Madden but I don't know what the ban is for if the only game mode I was playing before I wasn't able to play was either Squads with one of my friends or grinding. I'm pretty sure I had just started doing the playoff challenges to get the 94 NAT Ed Reed so is there a way I can find out why I was banned considering what I've said before.

    Hi,

    I have sent a dispute with the full information about what I was doing during the time where my account was banned and should hopefully be solved.
