when i try to sign in to madden i keep getting this error You must be signed in to xboxlive and the ea servers in order to access online features'but when i try my other profile im able to connect help please

i don't know if you were able to get on but i was getting the same message...i went through the troubleshooting on xbox one website & found out my NAT on my router was set to "strict", now that it's changed to "open" everything is loaded, I'm signed in & can play online. I had to change it through my computer, though the steps suggest that by following them it might change the NAT without having to. You can connect on your other profile because it is linked to your EA account.

The steps required to link your other account (the one not connecting) to your EA account can be found here: https://help.ea.com/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name

You may be having trouble importing your XBox Live Gamertag or Playstation Network info if it is linked to an account other than your main EA account.

I'm having the same issue. I'm able to play other games online but when I go to connect to the ea servers for madden it says "You must be signed in to Xbox Live and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title." I checked my NAT status and it says "open". I've tried reinstalling madden and that didn't work either. Any more suggestions?

I had same exact problem. Re-booted router and all that.
You may have to delete old rosters in order to play online, and download the latest roster. Here's how:
Start Madden NFL 15
Go to Customize
Go to Manage Files
Next you have to delete all saved rosters
Next Quit Madden and restart the game
It'll ask you to download latest roster in order to play online, select Download Now
This should help if you've tried all that other stuff.

I am having login issues as well for madden 16 and my NAT is set to open. Any ideas?

I have been having the same problem for days. First with the McIlroy golf, which they finally fixed the ea connection for. Now with the NFL 16, I cannot connect to the ea server, no problem with my xbox 360 and my nfl maddon 15. After an hour on the phone with ea, they suggested creating a new gamertag, which is ridiculous. If i can connect with my McIroy game, and my xbox 360 madden 15, it hardly should be my gamertag, its the same.

My NAT is set to open and I still cannot link the EA and Xboxone to play on line.......both my emails are the same and should be linked but I still cannot play on line.
