Update on my issue:
It has now been 2 weeks (Day 1 purchase) and I still can not sign into EA servers.
An EA advisor contacted me a 4th time, I explained my issue once again and mentioned all the potential fixes I have tried. The Advisor wanted me to try to restore my licenses again, I did and failed. I was then put on hold while the Advisor consulted a specialist, and when he came back the Advisor said my issue will be escalated "as there is no known solution right now."
The Specialist emailed me two days ago asking me to setup a static IP. Once again I had to spend more time explaining that I have done this already and it didn't work. But just to be thorough I tried again and of course it didn't work. I have not received a second response yet.
This situation needs to be resolved soon as right now I am at my wits end and I am prepared to ask for a full refund for a game that does not work.
