Update on my issue:
It has now been 3 weeks since I have been unable to sign into EA servers.
I still have not received a second response from the EA Specialist since last emailing them on September 7th.
There has been an Content Update to the game and EA server maintenance since I was last contacted by EA. Neither have fixed my issue. I also tried the FIFA 16 Demo and was unable to get on the EA servers on that title as well.
As a longtime Madden player and regular buyer EA products I'm fully disappointed that an issue this severe has not been fixed.
Since there has been no transparency by EA on whether the issue is being worked on, I will be formally requesting a refund in the coming days.
