can't even load team diamonds/standouts challenges; menus/AH SLOW

I can't play team diamonds and team standouts challenges.  when I try to load it (it takes forever), then an error message pops up. "error: we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."  Later comes, and still the same.

This has happened since diamonds and standouts came out. i have never been able to even look at the challenges, let alone play it.  All the other challenges I am able to play. I played most of the Epics challenges but now it doesn't let me go into those anymore; same error message.

What's up with this....

PS In MUT, navigating through menus, AH, etc. takes forever.  Some go "faster" (compared to other menus, but still slow).  The time to load my item binder takes on average 10-15 seconds just to load. Imagine trying to upgrade, compare, auction off a bunch of cards......I age 10 years in order to auction off 10 cards.....

wth....

    Hey @thauintha80s

    When you have a chance can you try changing your uniform and coach in the team visuals to see if that helps at all? In some cases that can help with error messages like this. 

    Let me know how it goes when you have the chance.

    I tried it and still the same error message.

    Am I supposed to or not supposed to use certain coaches/uniforms?

    In the past we've seen some cases where using different coaches or uniforms can help with issues like this, but it sounds like we might be looking at something different. When you have a chance I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps at all. If you're still getting the same error message after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

    - PlayStation 4

    - Xbox One

    Menus are slow as well.

    Would it be my connection if I can play every other challenge? and i didn't have this problem in madden 20.

    Maybe because I have a digital copy of it?  This is the first time I bought a digital one and first time I have this problem

    And funny thing, a couple days ago, for a short time, my menus were loading fast, item binder loaded fast, I could check prices on auction house and put cards up in a fast and quick manner.  (mind you, I didn't do anything, absolutely nothing differently, it just loaded and ran fast out the blue)  so i decided, hey lets try play the team diamond and standout challenges.....and what do you know, it ran and I could play a few challenges in diamonds.  I would finish one challenge and select "play next challenge." I did that for a few and stupidly, I tried to see if it would still work if I selected "return to challenges" and go back to the challenge menu.  But.....yes you guessed it, it did not work after that!  The menus went back to loading at a molasses, snails pace, and I'm back to slow menus/AH and no team diamonds/standouts challenges...

    what gives....?

    It is strange that it's not consistently happening. If it comes and goes like that we may still be looking at something connection related. There are some other things we can try which may help with this. Which platform do you play on?
