Can't get out of player lock

I created a QB for the Raiders, and I couldn't find out why the camera was so messed up. I finally saw the lock under my player and I tried pressing LS and it doesn't work. I can't play like this, I ...

L3/LS toggles player lock, are you pressing it pre-play?
