Cant hike ball

I've started playing the game again on PC and found that I can't hike the ball anymore. I'm stuck in the pre play window where you can see your players stats, I can move that around to different play...

    I had the same problem.  It was the controller.  I use an Xbox Controller that I bought from Best Buy (plug in with wire).  It felt cheap and was cheap.  I tried everything to fix it by reading comments online.  The controller was broken.  I can use the bottom button on the right on the controller in the main screen but couldn't use that button in a game or training to hike the ball.  I use the PS4 controller in lieu of the CHEAP XBOX CONTROLLER.  The PS4 controller on PC version is so much better than the cheap XBOX CONTROLLER.
