Can't Instal Madden 08 on Windows 7

I've played Madden 08 on Windows XP and then Windows 7 for years with no problems.

However, I just recently got a new hard drive, and did a fresh install of Windows. For some reason, I can't get the game to install.

When I insert the disk, the Madden screen comes up. I chose "Install", and I'm told that I should close all other programs (already did) and click OK. I do that, and then nothing happens.

My video drivers are up to date, and so is DirectX.
