a pop up appears. 40 minutes later some one starts chatting with me. When the standard interactions start (sorry for the wait time, can I have your email, and can I have your name) I become a little suspicious (that's how I am - I don't care about pleasantries, just answer the question). I noticed the address in the chat popup is sales.liveperson.net.. Does ea out source there help/live chat? Who are these people?
Any way, I was told that it was a known issue that the servers were down. A known issue? An eta couldn't be supplied.
