Can't Open Eggs

Hello, 

I have over 1600 Eggs still sitting in my packs. Every time I try to open them I get the "server cannot process request at this time" error. I've contacted EA since Sunday and been told it's a known issue, it's not a known issue, and even that it has been fixed. I have reinstalled Madden, installed PS4 version, completely powered down PS5 and reset license and still nothing. I make my living streaming but all my currency, 100+ million coins, is tied up in those eggs. I can't seem to get anywhere with EA chat so I'm hoping anyone can help.

    I Have just been grinding all year. I had 100+ million coins. Since I stream I thought I would go all in on Eggs for content..lesson learned

    The problem is obviously the amount of eggs and them crashing the server..if they cant fix it..is it possible they could take some eggs away until it's not over the limit? I'd rather lose some then everything I worked for. I cant play the game as it's all my coins. With Golden Tickets coming soon I just want some coins..thx for everything you do.

    Still no email from EA help..no timetable..day 10 of not being able to play.

    Hi there. I've been informed this is being looked at by the team to determine the root cause and how they intend to address it as removing the high amount of packs or eggs from accounts is unfortunately not a quick fix. We must ask you to remain patient and keep an eye on your case for further updates.
