Can't play couch co op franchise

Summarize your bug Can't play couch co op. Second player icon can't move either way.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't play co op
What do you expect to see? We would like the bug to be fixed asap. Because my son and I have played co op franchise for years.

    I tried with multiple controllers as well. Nothing works. This is the reason I bought the game..to play offline franchise couch coop. I’ve reverted back to lastt year’s edition. Please tell me how to return the game. I don’t want it without this feature

    I hear you. How did you get around it? If you get around it, can you manually change the skill level back to AM?
