Cant play M20 MUT on PS4

Everytime I load up madden and go to ultimate team I can do everything except play H2H, Solos, Draft, or challanges I click to start then my app crashes 2 seconds into the loading screen 100% often time 

I'm on ps4 and ea and psn support couldn't figure out the issue and no solution has worked yet

    @SucculentSacks 


    Do you have Quick Presentation set as your presentation settings? The team is aware of that setting causing issues.

    We've seen some others get errors or booted out of MUT, but once they change their visuals and head coach it helped out. Can any of you verify that helps?

    @SucculentSacks Same here... Talked to someone on ea help on twitter and they just added me to The list with People Who has this problem. I have tried reinstall The game many Times and also to initialize my ps4 without success. Really frustrating when you payed to be able to play 3 DAYS early

    @adii011  I'm still having this issue and the games full release is out and I tried trouble shooting tips again to see if the result would change and I still cant play... do you know if there will be a patch sometime soon?

    I have this problem as well on PS4.  Every game mode I tried in madden 20 it will let me start playing.  Then nearly everytime it boots me and gives me the blue screen error code

    CE-34878-0.  Sometimes while loading, and even once while in solo mission MUT.  I've tried everything hard resets, updating system hardware, restore default settings, rebuilding database, initializing PS4, deleting Madden 20 and re-downloading it.  All at least 10 times.  And to top it off even bought a brand new HDD for $80.  Thinking it was a damaged hard drive.  Close to $180 in and cant play!
