Can't Play Madden 15 - EA Access

Help, I downloaded Madden 15 from the Vault and each time I try to start the game it aborts with an error message saying to visit the Xbox One Store for help. The problem started after I installed the player likeness update. If I uninstall the game from my internal XONE hard drive and then copy the game from my XONE external drive back to my internal drive it will work one time. Then i'll get the error message again on the second try.

This the only Vault game i'm having a problem with (FIFA, BF4, UFC, Madden 25) all start from the external XONE HDD.. I'm a annual EA Access subscriber. Do I need to re-download the game again? If so, bummer as my DSL speeds are not the greatest.

    do you test anything before you hit the enter key... [Comment Removed - Admin.], you pulled the game from the Vault catalog today... nice one

    not letting you install from the vault? Did it kick you while you were playing or?

    Hello, I have the same problem, I can't play anymore Madden 15 until today it worked just fine. Any news?

    Edit: Today I removed the game and installed it again and works without any trial bull*#t. 🙂 Hope that the next game in the vault will be NHL 15 B-)

    I've been playing Madden 15 through ea access for the past week up until yesterday. I got off and back on an hour later and the game told me that I didn't own it. It prompted be to go to the store and buy the game. I downloaded the BF Hardline trial last night and can play other ea access games so I know that its something wrong with just the game.

    I have EA Access and Madden 15 is showing up as a free trail or I can purchase it for 53.99. I have downloaded all the other vault games with no problem. Please help.

    I'm not sure if this is a permanent solution or luck but I power cycled my xbox(Hold down power until it turns off) and it says I own it now. This didn't work last night but now it did so try that if you have this problem.

    This issue should have been resolved late on Friday 13th March. Can any player please post to confirm or otherwise?
