I have next gen counsel Xbox series X. I am trying to play a friend of mine that is on my friends list who also has next gen counsel Xbox series X. We are both using madden 21 for next gen counsels series x/s. We were able to play a couple games. But all of a sudden my friends list now only shows 5 people and he is not one of them. We can chat and communicate. My NAT type is open as well as his. We have uninstalled madden and reinstalled madden and also did a hard shutdown of both our xboxes. We used two methods for the shutdown. First, we went and performed a full shut done in the general settings. After turning on the Xbox we then held down the Xbox button on the counsel and removed the source from the Xbox for a full 5 min and powered on the Xbox. Still unsuccessful. Friends list is still empty.
so now I am asking for help. What is the fix? If a fix isn’t identified are you working to identify a fix? If you’re working to identify a fix what is the expected timeline until a fix is available? Please keep me updated as you troubleshoot.
