Can't purchase packs or points on madden 15 mut

When I click browse store in the mut the screen goes blank.. Then I click add points and it tells me.. you have no point offers at this time.. my account is always in great standings cause I always us...

This hasn't been solved to me I am going to tell anyone who will listen how you have stole my money...I bought gift cards and I can not use them and you wont give me a refund which is theif by deception I am going to press charges because what you are doing is illegal it has been 5 days which is an ample amount of time and you can not give me a reason nor what we did did not fix it tony_blair121979
