Cant upgrade player
I try upgrading my player with skill points I have 4 but keeps saying no enough skill points when it says spend one when I have 4

I am having the same issue. I am trying to upgrade my qb in franchise mode. The only thing left to upgrade is the scrambler but i can no longer do it. I was able to upgrade it a few times but all of a sudden, i get the same error message saying i do not have enough skill points to make the upgrade, even though i have over 20 points unused.
I am having the same problem.
My game won’t let me upgrade either and my face of franchise i started yesterday can only be accessed through the damn EA MESSENGER
