Can't upgrde my power up plauer in madden 19

I'm trying to upgrade my jason peters to a 99 OVR through the power up card but I cannot do so due to when I add the 98 OVR draft card it says it cannot due to the action at the time due to the sever...

The issue you experienced should have been short lived, can you confirm you were able to upgrade your player since your post here, thanks.
