Captain Patches not appearing on Dolphins

Summarize your bug This one is simple, the captain patch doesn't appear on the dolphins jerseys. It appears on every other jersey i've looked at, just not the dolphins. I even started new franchises to see. I started one as the saints and they had their captain patches on. Then i started another one as the dolphins and their were no captain patches.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start a cloud franchise mode as the dolphins and look at any of their captain's jerseys
What happens when the bug occurs? the captain patch does not appear on the dolphin captain's jerseys
What do you expect to see? the captain patch appearing on their jerseys
