Catching kickoff out of bounds is not a penalty?

Summarize your bug I caught a kickoff out of bounds and this was not a penalty. I did not intentionally want to catch the kickoff since it was going out of bounds, but I could stop my guy from catching it. in either case, if someone is out of bounds when they catch a kickoff, this should be a penalty.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Catch a kickoff out of bounds
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the ball where the kick was caught instead of there being a penalty. Additionally, I tried to stop my guy from catching it and I couldn't.
What do you expect to see? A penalty on the kicking team
