Catching Mechanics

Hey guys. I've been experiencing a ton of problems when a WR/RB/TE tries to catch the ball. A lot of the time they won't try and catch it, resulting in the ball hitting theml and falling to the turf. These are simple plays. Even have experienced when these players just need to put their hands out to catch, they don't do it. The balls flies over their head or next to them, sometimes resulting in interceptions. I've noticed that it seems to happen with RAC catches and Aggresive Catches more often than Possession. 

I've received feedback from many who have experienced similar issues. If we could please get this fixed it would be a great help. As of now, the game is almost unplayable because this has cost me key 3rd and 4th down conversions.
