Sorry for late response here. Please post your platform, country and internet provider on this thread to help us narrow down this issue.
Please perform basic troubleshooting like power cycling your router and console and connecting with a cable rather than wirelessly.

For me it's offline, with all teams. As a mobile qb and on a custom roster

Thanks for responding. I know that you are overloaded and try to be patient. This is offline, all teams, QB, ONLY CUSTOM ROSTERS, DEFAULT WORKS FINE. My platform is ps4, I live in the USA, and my internet is provided by Time Warner Cable. Thanks!
