CFM creation error. "The command failed. Please try again."

When I click "Accept and Continue" to create a player on CFM, it says, "The command failed. Please try again."

If you're playing with custom rosters in which the Created player cap is reached, like with the 2016-17 Rosters, you cannot create a brand new player, you can play as an existing player however.

Which position
Default or custom roster
For me it's offline, with all teams. As a mobile qb and on a custom roster

Having the same issue creating a player and attempting to start Franchise.

Offline, All Teams, Speed WR and custom roster default roster it works but custom not

Thanks for responding. I know that you are overloaded and try to be patient. This is offline, all teams, QB, ONLY CUSTOM ROSTERS, DEFAULT WORKS FINE. My platform is ps4, I live in the USA, and my internet is provided by Time Warner Cable. Thanks!
