Challenge flag not working

Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? EverGreenSt0118
Summarize your bug Can’t ever use the Challenge flag it says just locked and says “nothing to challenge” never work even when theirs a fumble or anything
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any game mode try to throw challenge flag
What happens when the bug occurs? Challenge locked with “NOTHING TO CHALLENGE”
What do you expect to see? Being able to challenge any play I feel like needs to be reviewed

    The same things NFL coaches can challenge. "EA Sports...it's in the game"

    But it's not.

    Do you you want the game to add scripted outcomes where your opponent will get the 4th down conversion due to a bad spotting of the ball when you're out of challenges?

    The argument is whether you want the game to be scripted and designed in a way to be flawed, where outcomes can appear as bugs, forcing players to correct them with a challenge. If you ran out of challenges, do you think it would be on the ref for a bad spot or viewed as a bug in the game?
