Challenge won't complete

I have completed the same 50 challenge 3 times and then when I try to click next challenge it says access denied. So I click return to challenges and then my game crashes and it says I didn't complet...

    @Nightmares_Volts not sure whether my suggestion helps, but some similar issues are caused by a corruped lineup (i.e. there is something saved in the background that causes some issues). I'd therefore propose to generate a new lineup (e.g. by using the 'generate best lineup' option) and rebuild your current lineup.
