Can you provide us some more specific details on this like the game mode you were playing? (Franchise, MUT, H2H Online, etc.) The Browns logo is in game so either you came across a rare visual bug or there was a specific reason why the logo wasn't there. (MUT stadiums or Super Bowl)
Even small patches, however minor, need to pass certification before being rolled out into a game - this can take around 2 weeks to accomplish.
Depending on what they already have cooking it might have to make it into the next patch after so maybe even a month?
When they put the patch out to fix the Cleveland browns logo missing at midfield can you guys also fix the browns owner in franchise mode right now it's travis Hollins with no face and it's supposed to be Jimmy Haslam with a face so please fix that as well
In madden nfl 18 you had Jimmy Haslam as active owner in franchise mode with a face and now in madden 19 it doesn't how do you guys mess this up every year
