coach mode

How do you do coach mode on Franchise.  I can't find any help on this in the manual and no descriptions of the settings.  We want a coach only league, but the CPU never takes control of the players after the snap?

    @SteveDay1967there is an option in the game settings (in the main menu where you select your mode to play) allowing the QB to throw passes if no manual input is registered from the controller (see screenshot).

    Settings -> Game Options -> Coach Mode 'On'

    @Neo_Novalis This does not fix the run plays I call or any of the defensive plays. Always 1 player highlighted with a circle that refuses to play. Can I change the highlighted player to a less critical player pre-snap?
