I'm playing a game now where the ball was caught in the end zone, but ruled that he was out of bounds. The AI opponent challenged the call and the announcers said that the booth ordered the review, not the opposing team.
The ruling was then upheld, but the announcers said that it was overturned and ruled a touchdown. All on screen and game mechanics worked fine (CPU charged a timeout, no points put on board, still 4th and goal), it's just that the announcers' commentary doesn't match the in game situation.
