Been having the same problem since December I believe. I log in and have an error message. Then exit out and try inputting my email and password again and still nothing. Try to see if there is an update, nothing.

I do to use the app a lot for buying and selling. It is easier to do those from the app than in game. Sometimes when a card comes out, I would sell power ups or cards related to that new cards from the app instead turning on my ps5 just to do that.

Finally got my app to work. I play on a ps5 though. I uninstalled the app and re-download the app. I tried using my ps5 persona and that didn't work. I switched and used the ps4 persona and now it is working again.

We can't guarantee that can work for everyone. The team is aware of login issues due to the inability to swap the persona. See this thread below for updates:
