Completed UT Dan Dierdorf set and didn't get him or the coins.

I bought all the cards needed for the Dierdorf collection from the auction (about 277k including badges) and the card flashed and I think I got the 10k coins but it never dropped in my items binder. I closed the app and opened it back up and still no card. Can anyone help with this from EA support please? I'm now out 277k. I have the prices I sold it for still up on my notification if you need proof. I can provide that. This happened last night on 3/5/15. Thanks in advance for anything you can do.
