CONCEDING ISSUE IN FRANCHISE MODE

In my 32-man CFM, we were in the Playoffs. A game lagged out in the 2nd Quarter. They've decided onto just play the game and add up the scores at the end. In the second time they've played, the game went into the 4th quarter. The guy that was losing in the first game, was winning in the second one. But again, they decided to add up the scores at the end and let the Commissioner set the Force Win. The guy that was losing in the first game, was up in the second game. But since we were adding up the scores, he lost. The user that was winning in the second game, decided to concede in the 4th Quarter since they were done. He'd thought conceding while winning would not record the game. But wrongfully, the game saved and the guy that was SUPPOSE to advance to the Superbowl and get the Force Win, LOST b/c of that. Why would a person WINNING, and concede have stats recorded in the first place???
