Connected Franchise Madden 19

For Madden 20 can we please get some dedication to franchise mode. It's not detailed enough. We should be able to choose our captains and watch the actual coin toss if you make the playoffs. Where's the free roam in franchise the dramatic entrances. Why don't players refuse to play for teams if they are continuing to lose. Where's the love for franchise. The players don't even have there names on there jerseys. Franchise could be so much enersive and detailed come on ea.?
