Connection issue
Still getting messages almost every day for the last two weeks that I have been disconnected from the EA servers. Is it too much to ask to have this game actually work without bugs

Router is too far away, but has never been a problem till now

Community ManagerHave you added any devices to your network since then or are you using any more bandwidth? Did you start streaming anything while playing?
If you haven't power cycled your equipment in awhile, it would be good to do that with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
There also are some other connection troubleshooting steps here. However, the best resolution to this is to switch to a wire.
