Connection issues

The product your company displays is an absolute disgrace. The major issues that have not been taken care of over the years just shows how much the company doesn’t care about its customers and only wants to profit off the same game each year with “slight improvements” attached. The enjoyment of the game is taken away drastically when players can’t simply play online without there being major glitches, connection errors and crashes that suffer in losses for the player when the player is up by 4 touchdowns in the game. There needs to be a change because it is a complete waste of money to buy madden each year when these issues continually happen on a game to game basis. I don’t remember the last time I got through an entire game without a problem.

    Never got any help fixing the issues i brought up in previous posts. It’s insane that I keep taking losses when up big in games because the game freezes forcing me to restart the game. Why don’t you guys fix these issues. There major issues the effect gameplay. It’s unacceptable that I’m taking a loss up 43-7. Also the player had played 11 games but somehow scored 298 points. Looks like you have a bunch of hackers on your game

    @RFalzo25 I know it is very frustrating to face game freezes, disconnects or losses due to other bugs. I faced a lot of this 'REALLY???'-moments over the last years. although I do not have much to share regarding solutions, I would like share some thoughts how you might reduce your anger and frustration a bit, at least I hope so.

    most likely what I suggest there will not solve all your issues you have with the game. but maybe it helps at least a bit to reduce your huge frustration and anger. for some of the bugs and issue, there might exist some explanations that are very frustrating and annoying, but they are just due to technical limitations of the internet which are most likely not to be solved neither by you or EA.... ☹️

    regarding your assumption that your opponent is cheating, as I replied yesterday to your post (see here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/New/m-p/9956839#M8689), I'd assume these weird numbers are due to a bug that hampered the correct count of played games.

    from my yesterday's post: >>> I am a little confused about the relationship between 'average points for' and 'total points for'. dividing the 'total points' by the 'average points' results in 50 games the player might have played. the same (50 games) results from doing the same calculation for the 'points against'.
    my guess would be that some of his games have not been counted for the 'played games' stats.<<<

    @Neo_Novalis I just want a solution to these problems because it happens more often than not and I don’t think a game should be profiting on a trash game that you can’t even play fully. Seems like madden knows this and offers no help to any of there customers and would rather make a forum for players to discuss their issues with no hopes of correcting them. I don’t even think anyone on here even works for EA because no one has offered a slight reasoning to why these problems happen and how you can fix them. I’m never buying a madden game ever again. I can’t wait until 2K makes a football game. There betas are probably way better than maddens trash product they recycle every year
