Connection lost

Every time I get into a madden 22 game it kicks me out and say you have lost your connection to the EA servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to the EA servers again. See ea.com/ unable-to-connect for additional information

    Hi there, @TheLastBackYardA 

    I moved your thread from the FIFA forums to Madden 22. It looks like it was mistakenly posted there.

    As far as your issue goes, did this just recently start happening or is this an ongoing issue? Regardless, the first thing to try is power cycling your equipment. That can be done with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Also, are you playing over a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

    I am having the same issue. I have power cycled and factory reset my Xbox

    What exactly is happening? Also, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

    Something else to try is clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Hi. I’m on an Xbox s and Continually get disconnected and it tells me that I need to sign in, this is happened about 20 times to me and it’s very frustrating. I am wireless.This is on Madden22 thanks in advance for all your help.

    Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

    I am having the same issues. I have factory reset my xbox, cleared the mac address, changed the Port and adjusted the DNS numbers.

    My router is too far away but I am also getting over 300 MBPS down and 15 Up.

    @Nriley312 

    Your speed is great, but a wireless connection isn't going to be stable. There's an excellent chance that's why you're disconnecting. Something to try is putting your PC/console on it's own wireless channel. Something that has been a great solution for others too far for a wire is using a powerline adaptor.

    @EA_Aljo I keep getting a notification to reset my password on PS4 after I have already done so. Do not want to continually change said password multiple times while trying to play.
