Connection to peer has been lost

Help! PS4 is telling me I have 37.4 Mbps download speed.  When I attempt to play H2H online the "Connection to your peer has been lost" message appears.  This happens even before im able to select th...

Cox isn't the issue. I play (or at least try to) in a league that has multiple users that have Cox as their ISPs and I'm the only one with this issue. The port forwarding worked for '16, but has no effect on '17. Playing games is extremely spotty (basically like throwing darts. Only bulls eyes gets me a full game and I'm terrible at darts lol)

    @EA_Barry If one of the new features is "improved" online play, why the heck is everyone getting  popup "Connection to peer has been lost"? It can't be the internet because it only happens on Madden 17. Went back to Madden 16 and the problem does not happen. It has to be too much people on the server? Would like an explanation on this "improved" online play.

    If it helps in you guys' trpubleshooting, I have to restart madden every game and have had pretty good luck

    I am having the same exact issue. I have gone through every single home remedy possible which includes; the purchase of a new router, an upgrade to my cox high speed internet, and the allowing of port forwarding on my router... Everything .... I have yet to get through an entire game of H2H online, its pathetic. My record is 3-5 and I haven't finished a single game. At first I was getting the wins, but have lost the last 5 games because of this *. I just want to play madden H2H online without seeing that dreaded message " The connection to peer has been lost". . I've done all I can do..EA now needs to get its rear in gear and do all they can to fix this because its unacceptable for the price I pay every year for this game, its now a known issue, and I've ruled out all connectivity issues on my end.

    **UPDATE** I haven't had a single peer disconnect since I started restarting Madden after every game. Custom playbooks or not. Watch the ticker at the bottom of the screen. If it says EA Sports, its going to disconnect. It must say NFL and have scores and what-not. This should hold everyone over until they find a solution to the peer disconnect problem.

    Any updates. I still have to restart Madden after every game. No peer disconnect in almost 40 games doing it this way though. @EA_Barry

    You must FIX this, if it would happen like once a week, you would not see me post anything here, i simply can't play a H2H game this way, and i put enough money in this game to be playing this a lot. FIX!! PSN: hitttman92 , expecting to be compesated for all this troubld .. for all that have this redicilous problem

    Any fix for this problem yet?? Never had a problem until the last Madden update. Now can't play a full h2h game

    I'm having the same issue. Literally can't get through a single mut h2h match. Get disconnected in every.single.one. Get awarded loses for all of them too. Is there a fix yet? This is amazing
