Constantly losing connection to EA Servers
I can't play FotF or MUT for more than a few minutes without being kicked out of the game for losing connection. Playing on a Series X with a hard wired connection. Backing out to the home dashboar...

Community ManagerI play on an Xbox One Series X myself. Can you let me know if these steps help? I threw in a connection article at the bottom if the first run of steps don't work (power cycle and MAC Address clear). I know that stuff can be frustrating and we're here to help if you want to see if anything can be done from the hardware side to make it play better.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

seriously suggesting an alternate MAC address to fix this? yikes
Oh look… Madden 22 is broken too. Shocker. Maybe let Ubisoft give it a shot? All that microtransaction money must go to licensing since it clearly doesn’t go towards development.
Oh, and no, I don’t use Linux firmware on my router. And if you suggest that as a resolution, you’re the king of jokers. What would normal, non-IT people do that just want to play the game that they paid for?
WHAT SHOULD WE ALL DO THAT JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME WE PAID FOR?
Can I get a refund? I promise I’ll never buy another Madden again!
