Constantly signed out of EA server

Having an issue with playing Madden on the Xbox Series X. Whenever I log in to the game and play a game, I can successfully finish the game, and have the results saved. If I immediately play a second...

    Hi @Big10Hutch, 

    There are some troubleshooting steps I'd like to try to see if we can help with the disconnections you've been seeing. When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website first. If you're still running into any trouble after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.

    Hi @jonnirottin, 


    Thanks for following up. There are some other things we can try that may help stop these disconnections. If you haven't already can you try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes a difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. 


    You can update the DNS through the TCP/IP Settings in Windows. For more details on how to change them check out the Microsoft Support website. If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually recommend the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

      @EA_Kent Changed DNS and DNS secondary back to Google DNS... tried, performed troubleshooting with those setting to no avail. Changed back to my primary. NO problems with other companies or on PS4... only on Origin and EA Desktop which I just removed period.

      Why should we have to change anything on a brand new system. Do they not bother checking this *? They turn it on and I boots up and they're like, ok box it up and ship it.
