Controller problems on the main menu (PC)

    Hi, @Serenityyy8 

    Do you happen to have an official Microsoft Xbox controller you can test to see if it's still doing the same thing? That is the only officially supported controller for Madden NFL 21. It's possible other controllers will work, but we can't guarantee there won't be any random issues with buttons/inputs with other models.

@Serenityyy8 After further testing, one more note - It seems like this issue actually might not be entirely related to the controller. Even when the controller is disconnected/unplugged, these main menu problems persist.

      @EA_Blueberry I'm afraid not, no, just the Switch controller. You don't need to worry - In the time since making this post, I've gotten used to playing with keyboard/mouse, so it's no big deal.
