Create a player doesn’t work

I have restarted the game tried multiple teams and have saved and loaded every time.  but every time I create a player I save the player and they disappear. No matter what team I put them on aft...

    @EA_Kent I play on Xbox 1 and this defeats the whole purpose of me playing the game.

      Hey @TeddyG3833, 

      Do you have Madden 20 installed on an external hard drive, or is it stored on the drive that's built into your Xbox?
